Maureen has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years, launching Feel The Byrne in 2000. Feel The Byrne offers training for all ages and a variety of goals, including weight loss, increasing muscle tone and fitness improvements. Being a keen sportswoman herself, Maureen uses her knowledge to provide successful training programmes to support athletic goals.
